Availability
If you wish to book an apartment please contact us for availability on the above numbers or email us. Please note the apartment is non-smoking.
Important: The minimum hire period is 7 days or longer.
Weekly Hire Rate
Discounted price by booking directly with the owners
Prices from only £595.00 per week off peak for up to 4 people.
Prices from only £750.00 per week off peak for 4-6 people.
If booked through travel agent this would cost you approx £2900.00 per week for up to 6 people.
These details are not part of any contract and are only for guidance.
How To Book in Easy Steps
| Step 1 | Contact us for availability and the relevant price. If you wish to book then a booking form will be sent to you |

| Step 2 | Deposit of £200 is required to confirm the booking (deposits are non refundable) and the booking form needs to be completed and sent to us. |
| Step 3 | Bookings are not confirmed until you have received our written confirmation. |
| Step 4 | Full payment is required a full 6 weeks before the booking date. If not received by this date, the apartment will be cancelled and you will be liable for the full payment |
| Step 5 | An additional deposit of £200.00 is required at the time of final payment and held in case of any damage to the apartment. This will be refunded after the apartment has been checked over and returned to you within 2 weeks (Please note: your liability is not limited to your amount of the deposit as any extra damage will be charged to you) |
| Step 6 | We will confirm your payment. |

Methods of Payment
We accept the following methods of payment:-
British cheque, Paypal, Credit or Debit Card (via Paypal) and BACS payment.
