We love to visit Cape Verde during the cold winter months as its always lovely and warm.  The islands enjoy a warm and sunny climate all year round which makes them the perfect destination if you are looking for a winter break.

This year we visited during February.  The weather was lovely and the resort was quiet.  Ideal!  We spent some time exploring the nearby town of Santa Maria and looking around the picturesque fishing harbour.
